As employees and contractors of Dapper Labs, Axiom Zen, or ZenHub (collectively known as “Team Members”, “We”, or “You”), there will always be the perception that we have access to more data and capabilities than most community members, even when this is not the case. As a result, we must OVER CORRECT in how we comport ourselves to make sure our Collectors understand that there is a fair playing field for them as collectors. In the end, we are here to make great products and great experiences, and one of the ways we can do that is to hold ourselves to a very high standard so that there isn't any doubt in our community that they are "being played."
Team Members that abuse access to sensitive information or disseminate sensitive information improperly (including to family and friends) erode that trust and may be disciplined, up to and including termination and/or other appropriate measures. In addition, you are ethically obligated to report known violations of the Ethics or Collect Policies. If you raise a concern that you genuinely believe to be true, Dapper will ensure that raising this concern will not be used against you and you will not face retaliation.
Applicability
This Policy applies to Team Member participation and interaction with NBA Top Shot, NFL ALL DAY and La Liga Golazos (collectively known as “Dapper Sports Studio” apps). In addition, this Policy applies to all Team Members (aka all employees and contractors of Dapper Labs and Axiom Zen), across all levels and geographies, from the first day of your employment or engagement with Dapper Labs, Axiom Zen, ZenHub until three months after your last day. You understand and agree that the Compliance and Fraud teams may review your account to ensure adherence with this Policy.
Team Members cannot act on any information that is not public or would give them an advantage (perceived or real) relative to the general public who would not have such information. It is the Team Member’s responsibility to consult this document regularly and prior to conducting any transaction as it is subject to change. Changes will be announced on the dedicated Slack channel.

9. Team Members are permitted to gift Moments to other Team Members and can trade Moments with other Team Members. All gifts and trades must be conducted at arm's length, meaning each person acts fairly and independently without trying to influence the others decision making. Team Members are encouraged to post their trades in the #dss-collect-policy channel.
10. Team Members are permitted to gift Moments to the community for promotional/business purposes (e.g. Secret Santa, Playoffs promotions, Livestream giveaways, etc) after clearance from the internal team. Team Members are not permitted to retain gifts from any non-Dapper Employee community member (“Community Member”). If you receive a gift from a Community Member, you should inform the Community Member (using a best efforts approach) that Dapper employees are not allowed to accept gifts as part of our fair collect policy and that we could either return the gift to them or forward the gift to the NBA TS or NFL AD community account for redistribution.
Challenges & Playbook
11. Certain Team Members that provide input on or have advanced knowledge of Challenges or Playbook criteria will not be permitted to participate in Challenges and/or Playbook. These Team Members will be notified by their managers accordingly.
12. All other Team Members (with the exception of those notified per 11 above) are permitted to participate in Challenges and Playbook.
Leaderboards
13. Team Members are permitted to participate in Locking and Burn Leaderboards.
Other
14. Team Members are permitted to receive airdrops for completing and locking sets.
15. Team Members are prohibited from participating in sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional marketing initiatives related to our products unless notified by the Company otherwise.
16. Team Members are prohibited from making any public or private assessments, statements, or predictions about the monetary value of Moments.
This Policy will be reviewed and updated at least once per year. Material changes, including significantly increasing the allowable scope of activities for Team Members, will be circulated to the community for feedback prior to implementation.
